Regional customs operations require frequent regulatory updates, accurate calculations, high-quality data matching and reliable integrations under continuous operational pressure.

My contribution
- Maintained and enhanced Java and C# backend services and data integrations for Middle East and North Africa operations.
- Worked on customs-data export, regulatory matching, tariff updates, duties and calculation tools.
- Continuously reviewed changes, improved reusable implementation patterns and resolved duplicate logic where practical.
- Maintained build and deployment pipelines and supported production releases without a separate DevOps team.
- Delivered APIs, quality remediation, production fixes and system-stability improvements with distributed functional and technical teams.
