About
Senior engineering shaped by real operational systems.
I combine deep Java and backend expertise with architecture, cloud, data engineering, production ownership and practical team leadership.
My approach
Build for users, engineers and operators
I started my career building configurable web applications and grew into enterprise backend and integration work across Bangladesh and Malaysia. That path gave me a useful perspective: architecture matters, but delivery quality is measured by how well a system behaves for users and support teams.
Hands-on technical leadership
I have served as a backend lead while continuing to design, code, review, troubleshoot and release software. I prefer leadership that stays close to implementation details and removes ambiguity for the team.
Enterprise reliability
My strongest work sits where business rules, integrations, data consistency and production operations meet. I focus on explicit workflows, observable failure modes, repeatable deployments and maintainable service boundaries.
Cross-domain perspective
Logistics and customs taught me operational urgency and regulatory change. Energy data engineering strengthened my approach to pipelines, migration and data quality. Public-sector platforms reinforced the importance of security, auditability and controlled state transitions.
Continuous learning
I adapt quickly when a solution requires a different technology. At ExxonMobil I moved from C# migration development into Python data engineering, while my current Clearance Engine work also includes C# alongside my primary Java background.
Reusable engineering
I prefer reusable components, shared patterns and clear abstractions over duplicated logic. Continuous code review is part of my normal job, with JUnit, Mockito, SonarQube and Fortify supporting testing, quality and secure delivery.
DevOps ownership
There is no separate DevOps team for much of my current delivery, so engineers maintain Jenkins and GitLab CI/CD pipelines, build configuration, deployment automation and production release support as part of end-to-end ownership.
AI-assisted engineering
I use AI-assisted engineering tools for test generation, debugging, refactoring and code-quality work while keeping design decisions, verification and production accountability firmly human-led.
